The production company that FIRST uses at most of the regional events provides a "video drop" available for teams to plug into.
To record the feed from this, you need a recording device that can plug into the composite feed (red/white/yellow rca plugs). Common choices include DVD recorders, laptops with USB video capture devices, and a Pinnacle Digital Video Recorder that can record straight to hard drive (I don't think this product is readily available anymore).
If they want my business, then they should act accordingly. If they don't, I am quite happy to take my business (and that of my $16.5 billion organization) elsewhere. - dlavery [more]
