Well done, was waiting for the picture and video. I noticed a really smart idea, in the mid way part of your video. I saw that once you would acquire a tube from the floor you pulled the arm back far enough to fold the gripper up and not have it stick out while moving towards the rack. In the later parts of the video, I did not see it as much. Is there a reason for the change?

It all depends on the situation. We wanted to have the capability to keep the grabber and tube in our footprint, but it all depends on the situation. If we're driving through a lot of traffic, we'll stow the arm. If we're not driving through traffic, then there's no reason to bring the arm in.
