You know, I noticed the same thing with robots at the Alamo Regional. Or at least I noticed something that sounds related, I don't know if it is. There were a number of robots that took longer-than-normal to transition from autonomous to teleoperated, the vast majority of them didn't actually start any kind of motion until 2-3 seconds after teleop had started. I didn't have a good vantage point to see whether or not the robots weren't moving because the teams hadn't stepped up to control them yet, or if the teams really didn't have control. The time period between autonomous and teleop is nonexistent (which somehow surprised me, it shouldn't have), maybe teams weren't anticipating teleop as quickly as they should have. Even in the semis and finals, though, it seemed as if some robots were moving around much quicker than others once entering teleop.
