Bad planing

I can not understand why first did not have the location and time of nationals at least 1 year in advance. Heck Nationals should be booked at disney years in advance. We found the number of about how many teams are allowed to go each year and that is about 300 so this is no suprize. Teams knowing that they qulify can find out the cost 1 year in advance instead of playing the guessing game. And buying rooms and airfares in advance saves money. What poor poor planing done by first this year. I love them all to death but they need to think about what they are doing.
