Mrs. P. I think you are jinxing us! It is now snowing up here like crazy and we get to drive through it to get to D.C.! I'll pack some up and throw it in the cooler, but it will probably be water by the time we get there!

Does anyone know of any laser tag/bowling type places around DC that are close to the convention center and to expensive? My team is desperately in need of some entertainment for Wednesday night. We plan on doing museums in the afternoon.

Have you tried TheRedAlliance web site? Usually webcasts don't start until the Qualification rounds start.

Well it was a nice day today. For the first time in our existence we went out on the field for practice and made the game look easy to play. Should be a couple of good matches in the lineup for tomorrow. Look forward to it!

I like how we have 10 qualification matches this year. It's a bit crammed in, and longer on Friday, but man it's nice to have a couple of extras.

Let me say as a veteran mentor and a game announcer:
The game announcers here are excellent.
They explain the game and the scoring well and pay attention to both alliances.
Any visitors should understand the game.

Also, IMHO, the DJ's are doing a great job.
