Our scouts did a nice job with 0-3 rankings. Zero for no minibot or failed deploy. 1 for slow, 2 for medium and 3 for fast. No stopwatches were used, we only had two scouts and they collaborated on the definition of "medium". I think they ended up giving a 2 to any minibot in the 2.5 to 5 second range.
