Re: 2011 Alliance Selection Results

Ann Arbor did not appear to be posted yesterday, so here goes:

1. 2337 494 66 (Winner)
2. 3098 548 247 (F)
3. 2619 573 3548 (SF)

3 over 6

SF:
1 over 4

6. 230
7. 175

6. 1071 558 237
7. 383 694 20
8. 2067 2168 126

Team 195 was the 3 seed and was picked into the first seed alliance. Team 175 was the 7th seed and was picked by the second alliance. Team 230 was the 6th seed and was picked by the 3rd seed alliance. Teams 1071, 383, and 694 moved into the 6-8 alliance spots and then team 383 picked 694 which moved 2067 up to the 8th picking spot. There were no declines.

Not going to lie, after 177 picked 175, I was really hoping that everyone else would somehow forget to pick 176 so that 175, 176, and 177 could pair up. Because it would amuse me.

So why does 469 get the asterisk?

Also, re: your earlier post (Smoky Mountain Regional) -- 1592 declined the 4th pick from 547.
I don't know why 469 got the asterisk. Also, I'm sorry for missing that decline. I could have missed some declines at North Star too; sorry about that.

Livonia:

1.) 1023 2137 3617
2.) 1528 3542 1941
3.) 1250 326 818
4.) 3773 2620 240
5.) 308 280 123
6.) 2611 2676 3401
7.) 313 3656 3414
8.) 2832 3641 3602

308 declined 3773, 313 declined 2611, and 2612 declined the #8 pick of 2832 and thus removed themselves from the tournament.

North Star:

1.) 2512 1730 2225
2.) 171 1939 648
3.) 537 3130 3293
4.) 2175 1816 1652
5.) 3290 2491 3691
6.) 3690 2506 2472
7.) 3278 2177 2549
8.) 3026 2220 3042
