Participation Medallions

In the past FIRST gave out participation medals to all of the teams. My team has always had a brain block on picking these up, so we typically send for them in the mail + buy more for all of our team members.
When I looked this year I did not see a medal, but I did see a pin. I was wondering did they replace the medal with a pin this year? and if so, how many did they give out per team?

It was a budget decision. They realized the medals weren't sustainable or an appropriate distribution of funds. I think it was a good.call personally.

Quantity should be the same as with the medals.

I prefer the pins also, the medals tended to get hung up somewhere or put away and forgotten. The pins can be worn at each year's events to show one's history in FIRST.

Each team should have received 25 Logomotion Pins and 25 20th anniversary buttons.
