I am not an electrical person. We have the 2010 classmate. Is it okay to use this Kensington charger?

The Classmate Power adapters FIRST is providing at the Driver's Stations (or was intending to provide, they were not there at Peachtree, we were provided with outlets instead) are specified in the manual as the 19V version and compatible with both 2010 and 2011 KOP Classmates.
