Exactly! We often quote one of our mentors (a retired engineer), who said that he in involved because "FIRST keeps old engineers young"

Just noticed he says "national championships" instead of "world championships" at about 0:36 in the video. Doesn't really bother me but it is surprising considering how much FIRST has pushed that it is no longer just a US centric program.
