There sure are. I'm pretty sure that each of those locations have one (or one really close), except DC. Here are the ones that I can recall off the top of my head and the general months they happen in:
June:
-PARC (Pennsylvania Robotics Challenge) in Tunkhannock, PA
August:
-Battle O' Baltimore in Baltimore, MD
October:
-Duel on the Delaware in Carney's Point, NJ
-Virginia Robot Rumble in Petersburg, VA
November:
-Ramp Riot in Ambler, PA
