Installing Java; xml won't work

So, I'm having trouble installing the netbeans plugins for FRC. The link for the updates have xml files, which load the text of it rather than doing it. How might I fix this?

Re: Installing Java; xml won't work

Open the IDE and go to Tools > Plugins > Settings

Click Add and name it with FRC Java, enter the url, http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/java/netbea...te/updates.xml

Did you do that? If so, I do remember there is something that manually downloads the plugins. I'll try to find the link.
