To add to the statistics that I gave on teams in the running for the 2011 CCA, the Hall of Fame currently has by region

North East - 10
South East - 1
South West - 1
West - 2
Mid West - 5
Out of the US (this includes Canada) - 0

by number of previous RCA wins before being inducted
1 win - 11 (Note, before 2002 there was no Regional Chairman's Award, only a CCA Runner up)
2 wins - 2
3 wins - 0
4 wins - 0
5 wins - 2
6 wins - 2

Does that second statistic include the year they were inducted?

No, those wins are just previous wins. For example, for 103, we won the award once before we won the CCA, thus we would be counted as having 1 win. I hope this helps.

I think I used this. Everyone has their own way of defining the regions of the US, I felt this got the job done.
