We are quite busy!!! We have been fundraising like nuts. We've had 2 carwashes, a Halloween grams sale, a coffee sale, and been asking for donations. We are currently in the process of making a whole bunch of plaques for our contributers. We will try to "sell" these all around the community. We also ordered a whole bunch of metal we just got today. We got a bunch of other supplies a month or so ago. We've been having meetings for 40 mins at least once weekly for the past month and 1/2. We had an hour long round-table discussion on team organization yesterday. We had an a 40 min meeting today. We had an Inventor workshop for 2 hours last Monday. We are going to the SCRRF workshops on Saturday. We had to move our robotics room and still have to organize it all and build shelves.

So yes, we are very busy

AND, WE ARE STILL ABOUT $4k AWAY FROM MAKING BARE MINIMUM TO GO TO PHOENIX TOO!!

Been meeting 3xs a week since spring 2002. Meeting were open house to the public, published in newspapers and community calendars. Attracted students/mentors/other schools.

Completely revamped our auto shop that hadn't been used in years, hauling out of cupboards ages ages old greasy gooey auto parts, repainting, getting more cupboards in our locked cage, reorganizing cage so we can walk in it, building a robot cart, began building a bigger robot crate (we never had the largest you can have) so the cart will fit with the robot in the crate.

Did electronic experimentation, tinkered with a ball handler, revamped our 2001 champ robot, tore down 2002, organized all parts, worked on chairman's award, storyboards for exhibition, team handbook, painting team license plates.

Went to driver train workshop last week with SCRRF. Going to robotics' workshop this Sat.

Busy helping SCRRF get off the ground.

Trying to raise funds.

My sub-team's purpose is in PVC measurements! Not to undermine the value of a good aluminum rectanglar prism measurement.

Ah, the preseason!
