Converting team number to team nickname
Is there a fast and/or efficient method for turning a list of team numbers into their corresponding information, like team nickname? I compiled a championship team list spreadsheet but the "team name" field is impossibly wordy, despite its obvious worthiness. It reminds me of the difference between the Latin names and common names of flowers, for instance. Miss Daisy could more properly be called Miss Bellis perennis. For that, we truly would miss "daisy."

We also have a CNC mill and CNC lathe, but we're interested in doing this only if we can do it quickly. Milling anything takes too long for my MTV-generation attention span. :) - Madison [more]
