Re: All divisions - info needed for scavenger hunt
Team 57 in Curie division. Our robot has black and yellow signs on it that can't be missed. We are also planning on having the Leopard at the top of our shelves given that we can set up our pits the same as we do in Regionals.
I hope this helps and can't wait to see everyone at Championships. |

2081 Icarus
Curie We have a minibot pole in our pits that accurately times minibots with a photo sensor and we are going to have a contest to see who has the fastest minibot. Last edited by BIGWILLI2081 : 24-04-2011 at 16:48. |

Team 375, The Robotic Plague
Curie! -Your team will know us by the camouflage numbers on our bumpers! The shoulder of our robot is operated by a RS-550 Banebot that is geared down using a worm gear, a planetary, and a toughbox nano, we'd love for people to come and ask us about it (: By the way, this is an awesome way to teach the newcomers! Curie
Team 126- GaelForce Our robot has two drive trains. We have a 6 wheel tank drive and a drop down, four wheel, lateral drive system that is run on pneumatics. We also have a modular arm that can rotate a full 270 degrees. The arm also has little green shamrocks on it representing each of our wins. (: Last edited by GiannaLeigh3 : 25-04-2011 at 11:59. |

I hope you have an alternate set or a pass from the GDC. Team numbers must be a single contrasting color... <R09> Teams shall display their team number on the BUMPERS in four locations at approximately 90° intervals around the perimeter of the ROBOT. The numerals must be at least 4” high, at least in ¾” stroke width and in a contrasting color from its background. |

Team 433 (The Firebirds)
Galileo Our bright blue and orange "claw" uses pneumatics to grip tubes from the inside allowing us to pick up over-, under-, or even deflated tubes we hosted something very similar to this at the Philly Regional this year and it was a lot of fun. I bet this will be a blast for all the kids at champs ~Hannah |

We've had bumpers with camo numbers since last year, yet it's never really come up in inspection... Mainly because the camo we use is 95% grey. Inspectors deemed it contrasting enough this year at NYC and SBPLI, and last year at NYC and Champs (Now I know, that's not a valid argument) We actually always bring fabric paint / sharpies / some mode of changing the color if it indeed doesn't contrast enough Thanks for the heads up though! It's really appreciated, we actually just double checked to make sure we have some fabric paint |
