I was so happy to hear that John won the WFA. He is an amazing mentor on an amazing team. Being numerically close to 365 has allowed us to be pit neighbors with them a few times and most recently at the Chesapeake Regional this year. I was able to see John and the rest of MOE doing what they do best, inspiring others.

After my initial astonishment that it was my name that Woodie read as the WFA recipient, I looked up and you were there to lead me to the field. NO NEED TO APOLOGIZE. You were like a guardian angel, albeit one with a steel grip and no-nonsense attitude. Thank you for your friendship and caring. I might have missed the National Anthem, if I had to find my own path to the dome floor!

I absolutely love the re-enactment photo. Very close to the real thing. Thanks to John for taking it!
