2011 Final College Decisions

Since the end of the year is coming up for the class of 2011(btw, 2011 seniors rule) and one of these threads hasn't been done for awhile, what is everyones final decision for college next year?

For me, I will be attending the University of South Floirda and majoring in mechanical enigineering. (go bulls) as for mentoring, there's this one really cool blue team over in tampa

what about you guys?

We're actually still updating the thread that started in 2009...it hasn't been on the Portal for a week or so, but it's still there.

Re: 2011 Final College Decisions

Michigan Tech has the Robotic Systems Enterprise which mentors 3 FRC teams in the U.P. We're also taking part in the CARD program next year.

It's been fun for me, any seniors still on the fence or headed up to Tech should check it out.

Re: 2011 Final College Decisions

Going to do a plug here. Sorry but I just want to say something.

Come to University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign!!! It's awesome! And if you do, please please please PM me. We're trying to jumpstart a robotics community here and if you're reading this on ChiefDelphi, then you are very much wanted!

Bezerkley, otherwise known as UC Berkeley.

Known for large campuses, large classes, and a budget with a negative derivative. I'm keen on joining the PI robotics organization there, which runs a mini-FRC for oakland schools that can't do a full blown FTC or FRC.
