**FIRST EMAIL**/Mentor Survey/Kit of Parts Survey/Post Season Awards Order/Lost&Foun

Greetings Teams:

Mentor Survey: We would like to learn a little more about our incredible volunteers, the glue that holds FIRST together. Please take a minute to complete the survey, and be sure to share this link with all of the adult mentors on your team: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/M837CYR. Please complete this survey before May 28, 2011. Thank you for your time, and for all you do for FIRST!

2011 Kit of Parts Survey: While the 2011 Kit of Parts (KoP) is still fresh in your mind, we’d like to get your feedback about it. We value team participation and would appreciate your taking the time to direct this email to two different members of your team.

Please invite one engineering mentor and the student team captain from your team to visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2011FRCKOPSurvey and share their input on the 2011 KoP. The survey will be live until 11:45pm on Tuesday, May 17, 2011.

If you have trouble clicking on the link, please copy the url and paste it into your web browser. We appreciate your feedback and intend to use it to improve the KoP and the 2012 FRC season.

2011 Post Season Awards Order Form: The 2011 Post Season Awards Order Form is available here: http://usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/...nt.aspx?id=440 . Teams may use this form to order additional trophies, pins, etc. Orders must be received at FIRST no later than May 19, 2011.

Lost and Found Items: All Lost and Found items from Competition events get packed on our trucks and come back to FIRST headquarters—these trucks are currently en route back to Manchester, NH. If you lost an item and did not complete a Lost and Found form at your event, please email frcteams@usfirst.org with your team number, event at which item was lost, and a description of the lost item.

Go Teams!

Re: **FIRST EMAIL**/Mentor Survey/Kit of Parts Survey/Post Season Awards Order/Lost&F

I really hope a lot of people are voicing opinions about Tetrix motors in this survey. I know I did. I would assume that FIRST has enough leverage to influence Pitsco to improve their product.

Didn't they issue these same surveys several weeks ago? Or is there something new about them?

There is no box in the profession question for other so I gave up on the thing already.
If FIRST wants my opinion I suggest they get it fixed ASAP.

Re: **FIRST EMAIL**/Mentor Survey/Kit of Parts Survey/Post Season Awards Order/Lost&F

The mentor survey is kind of confusing. Is it only supposed to be three questions?
