Getting awards/gifts

Team 45 had our annual team party today and with every team party there were awards. Every student and mentor is given a gift from another student or mentor. This year our new drive coach gave me a gift of a few red cards (I'm a red card magnet sometimes) as well as a Wildstang t-shirt and a letter from team 111 drive team. For those of you who don't know, team 111 was our opponents in the eliminations at the Midwest regional this year and apparently I surprised them with my defensive driving. Even though our alliance lost it was a lot of fun. I plan on framing their letter to me as a reminder that even a team like 45 who couldn't even get picked in the Championships can surprise one of the world champs.

Thanks Team 111 and everyone on team 45. This has been the best year in FIRST for me.

Wow congratulations to your team. I know it feels good to know that you're team gets a pay off after a hard work. I hope it will not stop them from dreaming big. Again, congratulations!
