TARDEC IGVC Invitational Match Data

The spreadsheet contains the rankings, qualifying match and elimination match results. It also contains the OPR and CCWM numbers. Results will also be posted on the First in Michigan website in the next day or two.

A word of caution. You need to understand that there were only 24 teams at the event. Since every team is guaranteed to advance to the elimination round, the qualifying matches were more like exhibition matches. Many teams were trying out and training new drivers in qualifying rounds so keep that in mind when you look at the OPR numbers.

However I have to point out the big OPR numbers from Team 2337. They have two new drivers also but they were great. They were very agressive drivers and moved the robot very quickly on the field to pick up tubes and hang. Better watch out for Team 2337 next year.

Re: TARDEC IGVC Invitational Match Data

This is always a great event to try out new drivers - I think we cycled through nearly every member of our team to let them get a taste of it. It's rare that most of the kids get the chance to drive and this reminds them why robotics is so much fun!

I have to admit I look forward to Marc's mentor matches just as much as the actual competition.
