Teaching cad?

Hello, so our team's cad "division" is pretty new. Three years ago, they told us they wanted us to cad, gave us the software and we jumped in and figure out how to swim. However, this year we have new people joining the cad team and, long story short, seeing as I learnt by doing and never really had some one teaching me, I am struggling to teach them. I was just curious as to, how you guys go about teaching your teammates cad. Cheers, Pigpenguin
