Camera Help - AxisCameraException

My team is working on some stuff that we wanted to do before but weren't able to get done during the season. One thing we are working on is vision tracking, but whenever we call getImage() on our camera object, it throws an AxisCameraException. Also, freshImage() always returns false. The camera is connected to port 2 of the cRIO and is set with an IP of 192.168.0.90 with the accounts FRC - FRC and root - admin. When we connect the camera to our computers or the router on the robot, we can see the live view fine through the webpage. Any help is appreciated.

P.S. I'm not sure if the cable that is connecting the camera to the cRIO is a crossover cable or if that even makes a difference.

Re: Camera Help - AxisCameraException

Because neither the cRIO or camera ports have auto-sense, you must use a crossover cable to directly connect them.

Re: Camera Help - AxisCameraException

Thanks Greg, this caused us a lot of frustration so thanks for clearing that up. I thought that it might need a crossover but wasn't sure if our cable was a crossover so I wanted to make sure it wasn't another problem because we usually have several problems haha
