Red face Old Windows 98 API ScrollBar calls in DBGrid

Delphi has left an over sight out in all in their code
This affects TGrid and its descendants directly (TDBGrid).
The real problem is when Microsoft removes the old Windows 98 API calls in (expectantly) Windows 8, your Delphi code certainly will not run at all final on the new Windows!!!!!!
I think its going to affect every project of Delphi regardless because the calls are so perverlant. (test it with my kit on your web site)
