Motion simulation

I have created a CAD for this thread (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...hreadid=96673), and it looks good. However I am trying to create a motion simulation that includes gravity, and the model is being significantly more elastic, with significantly less friction than reality.
An hour on google has failed to help me.
I have posted the CAD here (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/papers/2577), if you open "Final Assembly.SLDASM" and view the motion simulation, you will see what I mean. How can I fix this?
