I feel like it's quite the opposite. It emphasizes the fact that there are two competing groups. Showing a picture of teams sharing parts, playing games together, or just talking together would do a better job of showing that idea. Why does it seem like they never show pictures of members of different teams together?

We know FIRST isn't a competition, though. It's just a game, right? I think the picture is fine. Also, I think the ad is cute (Unless you get to them FIRST.) lol.
