1. Prepared for CalGames 2011
2. Prepared for 2012 season 3. Did as much research on drive trains as possible 4. Researched "successful" teams 5. Got ahead for classes (really helped out the first week) 6. Check Chief Delphi (a lot) 7. More robotics 8. Hung out with friends
