FRC Tools for LabVIEW 8.6 not installing?

I tried installing my team's copy of LabVIEW 8.6 with FRC tools, but the FRC tools are not showing up in my copy of LabVIEW. LabVIEW itself and all its components work great, but we can't program our robot because the WPI robotics library is missing.

This is happening to other members of my team as well. The common feature between the computers is that they are all running 64-bit Windows 7. Does someone know how to fix this problem?
