Question Merit Training Curriculum

This year the RoboBees 836 team will be developing a merit badge like training curriculum for this year for each of the sub teams (i.e. mecahincal, electrical, etc.). I am just now working on the apprentice training for the mechanical team. Is there anyone who would like to share their training materials and/or leasons learned?

Our merit levels are:
Level 1 Rookie
Level 2 Apprentice
Level 3 Journeyman
Level 4 Master

Rookie will be generic entry level for everyone and includes:
- First Robotics Knowledge
- Saftey Training
- Robobees Team Knowledge
