For security reasons, FIRST now requires a unique, not shared, email address for each FIRST Account. You must speak with FIRST Customer Service at 800-871-8326 to resolve this

Has anyone received this message when trying to log into TIMS and solved it with FIRST yet? I'm just trying to gauge how long the process is going to take.
