Hey guys, we have a problem with 30 of our machines hosting 3DS

Hi, recently we installed 3DS Max Design 2012 on about 30 computers with these specs:
Computer
Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu E8400 @ 3.00GHz
3.00 GHz, 2.96 GB ram
Graphics
Intel g41 Express Chipset
1024mb ram
Whenever I launch the program, all the viewports are grey, the menu with the “+” in the top left corner of the viewport is missing, and the viewcube is as well. However, they are still there, as you are still able to click on the “+” menu and move the viewcube. It’s just that they are visually not there. The grid that becomes available by pressing the default key “G” is not available, and when opening files, none of the opened objects render in the viewport. A proper render still renders all the objects correctly, however.
We had the same problem last year with 3DS Max Design 2011, but all you had to do was reboot the program a couple times and the problem dissapeared.

I found out that rolling over all the menus does this

Here, the viewcube is checked, but the ‘+’ menu doesn’t show up nor the viewcube

Anyone know what the heck is going on here?
