Hard to get supplies

We are a somewhat rural, very remote team in the U.P. of Michigan. Naturally, we have a lot of difficulty finding certain supplies. Specifically, pool noodles. Finding pool noodles in three feet of snow is no small task

What I want to know from you is, what supplies do you have trouble getting and how do you get your hands on them when you need them?
