How to attach Ultrasonic Sensor
Hi,
I can find no information on how the ultrasonic sensor is to be connected to the Cortex controller. I did find info suggesting that the Input cable is supposed to go to analog and the output cable is supposed to go to Digital, but no dice there. Is there something I'm missing? |

Re: How to attach Ultrasonic Sensor
That was the first place I looked. All info on thatpage shows how to connect the sensor to the old PIC controller. The confusion is that the Cortex does not have any ports labeled "Interrupt".

Re: How to attach Ultrasonic Sensor
On the cortex, all digital ports may be used as interrupts. It's possible that your programming environment may have restrictions on what ports can be used with the ultrasonic sensor.

Re: How to attach Ultrasonic Sensor
So I hooked up the sensor to Digital 6 and 7, hooked it up, and found that any time I program the sensor into a program using EasyC, the Cortex refuses to execute anything. Do I have a bad sensor?
