Nerf Gun Modifications :)

My team is participating in the Bunnybot Scrimmage taking place in December (Portland, Oregon). Our robot is allowed to have a Nerf Swarmfire gun attached to it. I was wondering if any of you have modified this particular toy and have any ideas that work without compromising the reliability.

I was going to start by drilling out the suppressor (the little piece of plastic in the barrel that slows airflow), beyond this, I have no ideas.
