Bringing bacteria to the sink

When you bring the bacteria to the sink, do you need to deliver them one by one? Like only bring 1 bacteria with you, and then have to come back? Or can you deliver them all at once?

From the game manual...

SCORING CONDITION(S): Bacteria in or on the sink are worth 3 POINTS, only if all of these are true:
---All were in Base at some time prior to being in the sink.
---While between Base and the sink, each was the only one in motion.
---All equipment involved with each bacterium’s trip to the sink was
--completely in Base at the beginning of the trip.
--completely out of Base at the end of the trip.
---The sink is supporting all the weight of every germ, and not supporting any weight except germs.
Bacteria getting to the sink any other way are given back to the team in Base by the referee (the “ref”)

I know. This misson is just for teams who have finished everything else. In the video, the said that they don't want any idle robots so this is just to keep them busy. Otherwise, it's a total time waster.

I actually love this mission. It makes it basically impossible to get a perfect score, and pushes top teams to optimize their robots. Every second you can save is a potential bacteria run. Additionally, operators have to make a judgment, when to stop running bacteria, and go for the cross-table end task.
