Team 1073 has used SSI 5V (0.5 to 4.5V output) analog pressure transducers.
Digikey has a good selection in the $68 range. I think we used the 300 psi rated part, just to avoid any argument with the inspectors. This reduced our accuracy in the 0 to 60 PSI range we were working with, but it wasn't a problem for our application.
