Cornhole tourney
Basketball, Wallyball, Touch Football
Dean Simmons & the Kamen Brothers

Bad ideas:
Karaoke
Junky food
Not enough food

Any situation where people sit in chairs or at tables with no reason to get up and mingle
Karaoke
