You must have seen this Enhanced mode from the Driver Station I/O tab then?
The default Compatible mode doesn't access all the Cypress capabilities. Compatible refers to the original 2009 Linux blue-box Driver Station I/O pins.

I indeed have seen the enhanced tab, but it never occurred to me that the below picture also states with pin is what.
