We at Lightning Robotics were trying to come up with a way to spread our knowledge of engineering to other teams, especially rookie teams. After thinking of ways to do this, we realized that we already teach our own rookies, so why should we do it differently for other teams? We have therefore made our rookie training presentations publicly available here. We have lessons on robot drive trains, pneumatics, and manipulators. Feel free to use the presentations to teach your own rookies. Maybe even take a look at them yourself - you might learn something.
