2009 had damp carpets at some events.
There was a watery demo in 1999 without a single failure.
I believe that one of the Florida offseasons had at least one year with a rather soaked field.

Actually, my first response to this thread (which I didn't post) was something to the effect of "N00B. Not worth the effort to respond at this time, especially with the placement." My second response was something to the effect of "obvious troll is obvious". My third response is seen above.

My current response, you ask? Y'all are officially certified as crazy, and sent outside to go play in the snow (or whatever ground covering you may currently happen to have in your area) until 1/7/12. Yes, you may come in to eat and sleep.

Maybe I'm hallucinating here, but wasn't there also a game wayyyyy back when (maybe rug rage) where the balls were filled with water? (Or, is that what you were referencing to when you said "Rug Rage. (Wasn't the entire field, granted. But still...)"
