I could use some help

Hey, I signed up for this forum because I'm in need of a bit of help with a CNC program that I'm writing. The program is written with Easy C and optical shaft encoders are a constant problem for me. When attempting to run the program my number 3 motor fires and shuts down after about 20-30 seconds.

Any help would be appreciated.
