Ryan Dognaux has a reputation beyond repute

Our team may be going to Chicago and that'd be cool if we could get some kind of Animation Regional Award set up there. Did Chairmans Award start out like this too? I mean, only given at Nats, then spread to Regionals?

Anyways, that would be a good idea for Regional Animation awards.
