I was looking through Google News and stumbled upon an article titled "Year of the Robot," published in the Woodbury Bulletin in Minnesota.

Re: "Year of the Robot" Article
So is there a Minnesota district system this year as well. Forgive me if I missed something but I'm liking where this district system expansion is going!

Re: "Year of the Robot" Article
That's not a Regional, it's an off-season event.
![]() It takes place after the World Championship. |

Re: "Year of the Robot" Article
We are still in a regional model with three regional events. One, the Lake Superior Regional taking place in Duluth, and two more taking place on the University of Minnesota campus.
If I recall correctly a conversation we had with one of the directors in our region, I believe this event will be a 24 team field entry by invitation. Please correct me if this is wrong. Last edited by Dr Theta : 10-12-2011 at 01:10. Reason: Mark beat me to it. |
