Help ongetting started with code and sw architecture

Hello,

This will be my first year as code mentor for our team and the previous mentor who did this in 2011 is no longer with the team. I would very much appreciate if you can point me to online material that gives examples of how teams architect their code. Repos of code from previous years would also be very useful.

Any other software related advice would also be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi.

You posted this in the general "Programming" forum* but didn't mention what language you plan to use. I assume examples in the language you plan to use would be the most beneficial.

* there are separate sub-forums for C++, Java, and LabVIEW
