I assume the rack on your 2011 proto bot was custom, given it's look and your team's track record of making their own gears. Would you mind giving some tips on how you do this? Speaking of those two gears on the CIM shaft, I remember looking at the smaller one and thinking it was going to fall off it was so far out on the end of the shaft (hanging about half off). Do you have some shaft extension or coupler going on there, or is there something else I'm missing? Or is it just not a big deal?
