Are we allowed to stream video from the camera to the driver station during teleop mode so we can use it to help us aim

Re: stream

In years past we have been able to. We did last year for mini bot alignment.

I'm sure its still allowed and from what I've searched you still can. And the default dashboard still has it. So I say yes.

Re: stream

If it doesn't say you can't, its allowed.

EDIT:
The Robot:

[R67]
Any decorations that involve broadcasting a signal to/from the Robot, such as remote cameras, must be approved by FIRST (via e-mail to frcteams@usfirst.org) prior to the event and tested for communications interference at the venue. Such devices, if reviewed and approved, are excluded from Rule [R55].

I'm assuming the Axis camera everyone has will have been approved already.

Re: stream

[R67] only applies if the camera is broadcasting its own wifi/ wireless signal; if it is piggybacking off of the cRIO connection as in previous years you don't even have to worry about getting it approved, though my experience with that has been that you get a really low frame rate.

The fact that you can have extra forms of communication is great!
