According to rule R18 of section 4.1.4 of the FRC manual, software developed during the offseason becomes a COTS item when it is published on a public forum. Since we plan to use offseason java code on our robot, here is a link to our repository:

The code is versioned under Subversion, so teams can check out a copy with the netbeans Subversion support using the instructions under the Source tab and here:
