Rookie is an unknown quantity at this point
position of robots

Do the robots stop and are repositioned after the 15 second hybrid period or do they continually play from wherever they are on the field?
Also, robots may not contact the carpet on their alliance station end of the court. I do not see 'Alliance Station' defined but I assume that would be the half-court they are defending.

Re: position of robots

After Hybrid, robots play from where they end up after that mode is done.

Also, robots may not contact the carpet on their alliance station end of the count in Hybrid Mode. During the rest of the match, you may travel to your alliance station end of the court and play Defense. Just not in Hybrid Mode.

Alliance Station is the area where the human drivers control their robots. Look at the image in 2.1 of the Rule book. (Page 2 of The Arena rulebook).

All together, your opponents score on YOUR alliance station side. So during Hybrid Mode, you may not move to where your opponents are scoring. But after Hybrid, you may go to either side.
