If you were on the Blue alliance and score, do the balls in the corral go to the red feeder alley or the blue? Thanks for the clarification.

Blue shooting would land in the red corral.

When you score, the balls enter your opponent's corral. This is because you score on your opponent's alliance station wall.

But if you score enough balls, you will begin to force the inbounders to feed the balls, whether or not there is a robot ready to take it, in which case, they're just more fodder for your killer scoring machine.
