The balls are hard enough to bounce but not as one would expect, it would be difficult to bounce the balls across the field.

Bouncing the balls just by throwing them is tough, but if you think of what happens when it spins forwards, it will get generally the same height but much more distance. I will try to get a video up by the end of this week to demonstrate what I'm talking about.
